she is no stranger to the florida area where she has resided majority of her life. in fact, ms. estevez-pazos has earned a valuable education and numerous accreditations from the state she calls home. ms. estevez-pazos first earned her bachelors of arts in political science from florida international university in 1999, graduating magna cum laude. she obtained her juris doctor degree from the university of miami school of law in may 2003,where she graduated cum laude. during her law school career, ms. estevez-pazos served as a judicial intern for the honorable federal magistrate stephen t. brown (southern district of florida). she also interned at the u.s. state attorney’s office, major crimes division in miami, and served on the editorial board of the university of miami psychology public policy law review.
