Posted: 29 August of 2012 is excited to share some client feedback. Austin residents who came in for computer repair, data recovery, backup solutions, network administration and IT consulting shared their experience with our team!

After consulting with about problems with my old desktop PC, Luis suggested that instead of fixing my old computer, for just a little more money I could get a new computer with much better features. He offered me some options on a new PC, but when I found better deals on line, he recommended I go with one of those PC's. I appreciated his honesty, especially considering he wouldn't make any money by me taking that course of action. After I bought the new PC I had some problems with getting all the applications to properly configure. Consequently, the new computer was not operating very smoothly. Once again, I called TheCriticalUpdate.comand took the computer to the shop at 13218 Pond Springs Road, Austin, TX 78729. After his shop worked on the new PC, the system is now working perfectly and I am very pleased with the computer's operation.
